Circus Boot Camp

An event every month that begins at 2:00pm on day Third of the month, repeating until March 18, 2018
Join us every third Sunday of every month for a 90 minute intensive focused on prepping you for the many different circus aparatuses that make up our circus gym.
Our focus each month will range from flexibility, alignment, strength, and control using techniques from gymnastics and circus arts. We will deal with subjects such as wrist preparation, handstand body-line, core engagment and partner acrobatics.
While it is not required, it is recommended that you are able to hold a 30 second straight-arm plank before registering for this class.

Sheena Good has been practicing Acrobatic Yoga for 3 years with a background in dance. She brings her love of movement and laughter together for the purpose of creating a real human connection.
Maximum of 15 ppl per workshop. Must RSVP in advance!
