Intro to Hula Hooping

Hula hoops are a great fitness tool that targets the core, trains flexibility, improves coordination, and relieves stress. In this workshop we will focus on building a solid foundation to hoop dance. Students will learn how to keep the hoop on their body, walk around with the hoop, and some fun illusions to wow yourself and your friends. Join us in the fun and exciting workout!
Ages 12 and up.
